Biography
Cynik Scald is the international Cyprus based metal band. With all respect to the traditional heavy metal Cynik Scald is making really modern and progressive sound.
Founder, composer, songwriter and lead vocalist of Cynik Scald is Ivan “Scald”, was born in Russia, by heart he’s Viking. Our harmonica, keyboards and back vocals is “Death” – nobody knows his name, originally he is from Nevada. His addiction is freedom, motorbikes and music. Guitarist is Kaz, from Japan. Azra from Turkey – guitars. Jean from France – bass.
First bilingual album "AGED SPIRIT" was released on 27th of December 2019. Its name Aged Spirit means at the time Ancient Soul and Old Alcohol. The songs from this album are both in Russian and English.
Recently some of songs from the first album were added to some top Spotify metal and rock playlists.
The latest release Asgard is out 24 July 2020. New release is preparing now!
