Don Canyon

Don Canyon is a Cypriot rock band formed in 2018 by brothers Panos and Themis Papadopoulos with its only purpose of spreading awareness of the world's social problems.

With a mixture of string instruments and electric guitar sounds they create something mild for the ears and captivating for the eyes.

After releasing 2 instrumental Rock rearrangements (Requiem for a Dream & Palladio), Don Canyon released their debut single “Dynasty” featuring award winning vocalist Chandler Mogel from the band OUTLOUD. Their single “Don't Lie” featuring Joakem accompanied by a special video clip, gained worldwide attention with comments coming from all around the globe. “Ready to Dream” is the latest single of the 2 brothers featuring Andreas Kapatais from Minus-One. The song describes the constant stress of trying to survive in a world without hope of a secure future. The song represents the anger of society at politicians and corporations who guide people into meaningless materialistic lives.

The band's intention is to spread awareness of the many social issues that our world currently faces including sensitive topics such as bullying, depression and suicide actions.

The band’s focus is to spread their blend of rock music with classical tones to listeners in Europe and America. Guitarist Yegor and bassist Ian, have recently joined the brothers and the band is currently working with Joakem (Stelios Ioakim) on the vocals for their Debut Album and for upcoming live shows and Festivals for the following summer in Cyprus.
